Meet Madison
I am a native Montanan, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have grown up right here in the Flathead Valley, where I attended school from Head Start all the way through high school. My foundation was built by a strong, single mother who raised my brother and me with a clear set of values: that honesty, hard work, kindness, and genuine passion are the tools that will get you where you need to go in life.
Those values naturally drew me toward a life of service, which eventually led me to my career in social work. I’ve always found my strength in listening to people and finding creative ways with them to solve the unique, complex challenges they face. This commitment to our neighbors extends into my volunteer work and leadership within our community. I have dedicated years to fundraising for those impacted by cancer and managing a non-profit that provided entirely free services to people navigating a diagnosis and the loved ones who stand by them.
I am deeply grateful for the community that has supported me and for the breathtaking natural beauty of Montana that surrounds us. However, I refuse to stand by and watch our way of life slowly disappear or become a luxury accessible only to those with deep pockets.
While I didn’t initially set out to enter the political sphere, my professional work and community service have always revolved around helping my neighbors navigate it. I’ve realized that to truly protect the people and the places I love, I need to do more than help people work within the system—I need to help improve the system itself. I’m here to do exactly that.
